THESE OYSTERS ARE USUALLY PICKTED UP AT DEPTHS FROM 5 TO 15 METERS. THE OYSTER AT SUCH DEPTHS IS ESPECIALLY RICH IN ZINC AND OTHER USERFUL MICROORGANISMS. THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT SOURCE OF VITAMINS OF GROUPS B,A,PP, IODINE,FERRUM,PHOSPHORUS,CALCIUM AND POTASSIUM.)
